Natural Beaute - Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Natural Beauté. Our aim is to provide a professional, relaxing and enjoyable experience for every client. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS

Appointments can be made online, by telephone or in person.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred appointment time. All treatment times include consultation where required and are scheduled to allow adequate time for your treatment.

By making an appointment, whether online, by telephone or in person, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


COMMUNICATION & RESPONSE TIMES

Natural Beauté operates by appointment only.

Whilst clients are welcome to contact us at any time, messages sent by telephone, text message, email or social media are responded to during business hours only. Messages are not monitored outside of working hours, and a response will be provided as soon as possible during the next working day.

Thank you for respecting our business hours and helping us maintain a healthy work-life balance.


DEPOSITS

Certain treatments or appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment where sufficient notice is provided in accordance with our cancellation policy.


CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Natural Beauté reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the treatment value for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no-show") will result in the full appointment fee being charged.

Natural Beauté reserves the right to request payment in advance for future appointments following repeated late cancellations or missed appointments.


LATE ARRIVAL

Please arrive promptly for your appointment.

Late arrival may result in your treatment time being reduced to avoid inconvenience to other clients. Full treatment charges may still apply.

Where a treatment cannot be completed due to late arrival, the full appointment fee may be charged.


APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL POLICY

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

As Natural Beauté operates from private premises on an appointment-only basis, early arrivals may be asked to wait outside until their appointment time.


ILLNESS & CONTAGIOUS CONDITIONS

Clients who are suffering from a contagious illness or condition, including but not limited to sickness, diarrhoea, fever, conjunctivitis, cold sores, infectious skin conditions or any condition that may place the therapist or other clients at risk, should contact Natural Beauté as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling their appointment.

Natural Beauté reserves the right to refuse treatment where a contagious condition is present or suspected.


CONSULTATIONS & MEDICAL INFORMATION

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical information prior to treatment.

Certain treatments may not be suitable for everyone. Natural Beauté reserves the right to refuse, postpone or modify a treatment where it is considered unsafe, unsuitable or where contraindications are present.

Natural Beauté reserves the right to refuse treatment where appropriate consent cannot be obtained or where treatment is not considered to be in the client's best interests.

We cannot accept responsibility for adverse reactions where relevant medical information has not been disclosed.


PATCH TESTING

Patch testing may be required for certain treatments, including tinting and lash treatments.

Failure to attend a required patch test may result in the treatment being postponed or cancelled.

For safety reasons, treatments requiring a patch test cannot be carried out without a satisfactory test result where applicable.


TREATMENT RESULTS

Treatment results can vary between individuals depending on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, medical conditions, medications and adherence to aftercare advice.

Whilst every effort is made to achieve the desired result, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.


CHILDREN & VISITOR POLICY

To ensure the safety, comfort and relaxation of all clients, children are not permitted within the salon.

As treatments require the therapist's full attention, clients receiving treatments are unable to supervise or be responsible for children during their appointment.

Due to the size of the salon and the nature of the treatments provided, including the use of hot wax, heated equipment and professional products, we are unable to accommodate children within the treatment areas.

Clients are welcome to bring another responsible adult to supervise their child; however, due to limited space within the salon, accompanying adults and children cannot be accommodated within the treatment room during appointments.

Natural Beauté reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment if this policy is not observed, and cancellation charges may apply.


PHOTOGRAPHY

Treatment photographs may be taken for consultation, treatment records, insurance purposes or to monitor treatment progress.

Photographs will only be used for marketing, advertising, website or social media purposes with the client's explicit consent.


GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of appointment and used before their expiry date.

Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.


RETAIL PRODUCTS

Retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided they are unopened, unused and in their original condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.

Natural Beauté accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.


PRICING

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and may be amended without prior notice.

The price applicable will be the price in effect at the time the appointment is booked.


PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We accept cash and bank transfer payments.

Deposits may be required for selected treatments and appointments.


RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Natural Beauté reserves the right to refuse treatment where a client's behaviour is inappropriate, abusive, threatening, disruptive or where treatment is considered unsafe.


FORCE MAJEURE

Natural Beauté reserves the right to cancel or rearrange appointments where circumstances arise beyond reasonable control, including illness, family emergency, severe weather, power failure, equipment failure or other unforeseen events.

Where this occurs, any deposit paid will be transferred to a rearranged appointment or refunded where appropriate.


LIABILITY

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Natural Beauté's liability is limited to the value of the treatment provided, except where otherwise required by law.


PRIVACY

Personal information is collected and stored solely for the purpose of providing treatments, managing appointments and complying with legal obligations.

All personal information is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 - Please visit our Privacy page for full GDPR


BOOKING AGREEMENT

By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including our cancellation policy.


REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of beauty and wellness treatments, refunds cannot be provided for services that have been completed.

Any concerns regarding a treatment must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment.

Natural Beauté will assess the concern and, where appropriate, may offer corrective treatment.

Refunds will not be provided for completed services except where required by law.
